Additional Functions Available from the Pro Facilitator Toolbar

Name
Description
Current Topic
Toolbar option providing quick access to the Current Topic for the participant or facilitator's primary user group. The Current Topic is set from the Pro Plus Facilitator Main Screen or in the Topic Editor screen (Section 22). There can only be one Current Topic for a user group at one time; any pro facilitator or administrator in the user group can set or reset the Current Topic. Do not use this option if sharing a user group among many facilitators and groups of participants.
Conference Manager
(Section 24)
Toolbar option to access the Conference Manager function. The Conference Manager function provides access to scan, enter and edit all conferences in a Pro facilitator or administrator's user group(s). The Conference Manager table includes details of the conference owner, date of last activity, conference system ID and the number of new and total items. Search options include conference name, owner, user group and time of last activity.
User Profiles
Toolbar option to access the User Profiles function (Section 26). The User Profiles function provides access to scan, add, edit and delete user profiles including changing user IDs and passwords and changing the active conference or agenda templates used by participants. Administrators use the User Profiles function to set up facilitator IDs.
Voting Profiles
Toolbar option to access the Voting Profiles function (Section 25). The Voting Profiles function provides access to scan, add, edit and delete custom voting profiles used in voting and prioritizing and in surveys. A Pro facilitator can create any number of voting profile templates and use them when distributing ballots in the Prepare for Voting screen or when creating a survey in the Survey Editor topic mode.
Custom Screen Templates
Link to access the Custom Screen Template function (Section 27) for managing participant agenda displays and other participant screen formats.
Broadcast Message
Link to access the Broadcast Message function (Section 15) and send an on-screen text message or email to one or more users or participants in your conference. The Send a Broadcast Message screen displays including an HTML text editor (unless this function is disabled in the server settings).
HTML Editor
Link to open a new window and FacilitatePro HTML Editor screen (Section 31). Use the editing functions to create formatted text (WYSISWG) and convert to HTML code that you may then cut and paste into agendas, brainstorming flip charts or voting instructions. Use formatted HTML in fields such as the Conference Description, Topic Description, Category Description, Idea Additional Detail or Voting Profile instructions. Do not use HTML code in a Conference Name, Topic Name, Subtopic Name, Category Name, Idea Headline or Voting Profile name. (Section 31)
