Additional Functions Available from the Administrator Toolbar

Name	Description
File Upload	Link to the File Upload function (Section 27) to upload files to the FacilitatePro server. Requires permission set in a facilitator or administrator's user profile where settings may include a specified subdirectory. This function may be deactivated in the server settings.
Language Profiles	Link to the Language Profiles function (Section 30). Language profiles provide for the customization of screen layouts and language such the labels on buttons and links and certain on-screen instructions. Language profiles are designed to allow for participant screen displays in a language other than English or using particular organizational lingo. Language profiles may be assigned to a topic or to a user profile.
Who is On	Link to the Who is On function (Section 31 ) which logs system activity. Search options allow administrators to investigate a variety of events such as logon failures, conference and topic changes and general user activity.
Web Stats	Link to the Server Web Stats screen (Section 31). Provides a quick summary of web server performance measures.
Ballot Log	Link to Ballot Log Report, a count of voting ballots records stored as part of the data file listed by conference name and topic. Used by administrators to determine the cause of very large data files. (Section 31)
Data Check	Link to Data Collection Options search options when FacilitatePro is being used as a data collection devise from an external web site such as a registration page. (Section 31)
Send Email	Link to Email Creation Form (Section 31) allowing for sending of emails from within FacilitatePro, when allowed in the server settings.

NOTE: Administrators use the Language Profiles function (Section 30) to manage the default settings for facilitator headers and footers includeing the toolbar options. The layouts of the Facilitator Main Screens are managed in the FacilitatePro CodeLibrary.
