Section 24. Conference Manger and Topic Manager

The Conference Manager is a participant, facilitator or administrator function that provides access to scan, enter and edit all conferences in your user group(s). Participants and facilitators can enter any conferences in their assigned user groups. Facilitators can edit any conference for which they have facilitator access (Section 26). The Conference Manager table provides active icons to enter, edit or print a conference. Search options allow you to search by conference name, owner, user group and/or time of last addition. The Conference Manager function is usually available only to Pro facilitators but can be added to the toolbar for Express facilitators and participants.
