Conference Manager Search Options

Name	Description
Conference name contains	Type text string and click on Search button to search for a subset of conferences including that text string in the conference name.
Conference owner includes	Type a facilitator ID and click on Search button to search for a subset of conferences with that facilitator ID as an owner of the conference.
Accessible by Group	Type a group number and click on Search button to search for a subset of conferences accessible to that user group. Select from pull-down menu to search for: · My Default Groups = search options set in the facilitator's user profile · All My Groups = all groups for which the facilitator has access · Access Set to - All Groups = group access set to All · Specific group numbers and named groups according to the facilitator's access
Activity filter	Select from pull-down menu and click on the Search button to search for conferences that have been active or inactive for a specified period of time. Search selections include: · Show All · Since my previous login · Active within the last Days... Months... Years · Inactive within the last Days... Months... Years The activity filter works in conjunction with the other search options above. The activity filter may also be used from the Facilitator Main Screen (Section 20) to limit the number of conferences in the Select a Conference pull-down menu.
