Conference Manager Table

Name	Description
	Enter icon to enter and work in the conference. The Topic Manager screen displays.
	Edit icon to edit the conference. The Conference Editor Screen displays (Section 21).
	Printer icon to print the conference. The Printing Options Screen displays (Section 29).
Conference Name	Full conference name.
Conference Decsription	Conference detail may display. Default setting in User Profile is to hide conference detail.
New	Number of new items added to conference topics since last login or based on the conference activity filter search settings.
Total	Total number of items in all conference topics.
Group Access	Indicates the user groups with access to this conference.
Last Addition	Indicates the last time an item or comment was added to a topic in this conference.
Mode	Indicates the mode assigned to this conference. Usually set to brainstorm. Usually topic mode is more relevant that conference mode.
Owner	Indicates the facilitator(s) with ownership rights to this conference. Usually indicates the facilitator who created the conference.
Number	Indicates an assigned conference number. Often left as zero.
ID	Indicates the unique system ID for the conference. This ID is used when assigning participants to a single conference.
