Section 29. Printing Reports and Exporting Data

This section describes printing and exporting options.

Printing options include:

· Complete conference reports (HTML Format suitable for copying into a word processor)

· Text reports (HTML and Rich Text Format)

· Tabulated voting results (HTML Format)

· Distribution graphs of voting results (HTML Format)

Exporting options include summarized voting reports or raw ballot data that can be exported as ASCII text tab-delimited files. These reports organize voting results by anonymous individual survey responses and up to three organizational or demographic levels. Administrators can produce reports that include voter names with a special license, only.

Conferences, topics and subtopics can be printed or saved to electronic files. Brainstorming results (the minutes of a meeting) print in a formatted text report.
