Section 26. User Profiles

Facilitators create user profiles for meeting and survey participants. User profiles contain the user ID (often a shared ID for all conference participants) and password required for a user to enter the FacilitatePro conference center. A user profile defines the user's role, group membership, screen template and viewing options.
Administrators create user profiles for facilitators, establishing an individual facilitator user ID and password. A facilitators user profile defines the facilitator level, group access and facilitator interface preference. (See Section 20 for details of the Facilitator interface.)
