All general user privileges. Create conferences and topics. Only has access to own conferences. Manage meeting access by system-generated User IDs with email invitation option. Manage meeting flow with Mini Navigation Panel. Access to video tutorials and online help.

All Express facilitator privileges. Access to adjust Topic Settings/Viewing Options for participants. Access to adjust own Facilitator Settings.

All ExpressPlus facilitator privileges. Access to all conferences within assigned user group(s) Additional Topic Modes. Manage meeting access by creating and editing user profiles. Facilitator Pro - Additional Access

Able to create new facilitator IDs within assigned user group(s). Able to enter, edit and delete all conferences within assigned user group(s). Access to additional printing options and ASCII text reports.

Unrestricted access to the FacilitatePro conference center. Create other administrators and facilitators. Access to all conferences and topics for all groups. Use language profiles to adjust system-wide screen settings.

Manage FacilitatePro server interface including web server settings. Import and export data.
