Section 25. Custom Voting Profiles

Custom voting profiles provide facilitators extensive options for customizing voting, prioritization and decision-making activities and when creating surveys. Once created, a custom voting profile becomes available for distribution of voting ballots via the Prepare for Voting screen and for allocation to individual items in the Survey Editor topic mode.

The Voting Profiles function is accessed from a Pro facilitator or administrator toolbar. This function is not available to Express or ExpressPlus facilitators. However, Pro facilitators may create voting profile templates and assign them for use by Express and ExpressPlus facilitators.
