Accessing Topics via a Web Page or Email Hypertext Link

FacilitatePro allows direct access to topics and subtopics from Internet or intranet Web pages or a link sent in an email message. Customize the links to reflect the Server URL for your Web server. The links must reflect valid user ID and password access as well as the correct conference, topic and subtopic ID numbers found in Conference Manager tables. Use the system-defined conference, topic and subtopic ID numbers in the Conference Manager, not the facilitator-defined alias IDs.

NOTE: The FacilitatePro Web Settings set in the server interface must include Allow Direct URL user/Pass Access for this feature to function. (See Section 33, Web Settings - Advanced.)
