Creating a Hypertext Link to a Topic or Subtopic

This URL links directly to conference #23, topic #125, and subtopic #399 using a shared user ID call "UserID" with a password of "PWDd". Omit the subtopic number to link directly to a topic. Enter in the correct Server URL, user ID and password.
