Participant Conference Manager Function

The Conference Manager function is particularly useful for participants working across several conferences within one or more user group. It gives them access to all their conferences with a single user ID and password. Participants are given access to the Conference Manager function via the toolbar at the top of their screens. The toolbar is specified in the Custom Screen Template (Section 27) assigned in the participant's user profile. (See Section 26 User Profiles.) As an example, the template entitled Agenda with Current Topic and Conference Manager includes toolbar access to the Current Topic and the Conference Manager function.

Participants select Conference Manager in their toolbar and the Conference Manager screen displays with a table of all the conferences they have user group or individual access to. Each conference name is a link to a full conference agenda.
