Conference Manager - Exporting & Importing Conference Data to Create and Retrieve an Archive

The Conference Export and Conference Import menu items of the Administration Menu are used to export and import FacilitatePro conferences and their contents for archive purposes or for movement between FacilitatePro data files.

NOTE: FacilitatePro 11.0 introduced an upgrade to the underlying 4D database structure. As a result, conference data may not be exchanged between copies of FacilitatePro before and after version 11.0. Conference export and import functions will work correctly between FacilitatePro 11.0 and 12.0.
