Email / SMTP Servers and Dynamic Server URL Translation (Default Language Profile Only)

SMTP server settings authorize servers for email notifications and broadcast emails (see Section 26). Dynamic server URL translation settings allow for translation between internal and external IP addresses when the router is not taking care of this.
