Agenda Templates

FacilitatePro is delivered with a standard set of custom screen templates which provide different agenda formats for participant screens.

Custom Screen Template
Description
Agenda
Simple participant agenda showing: Conference Name and Description; agenda of Topics Names. (See Section 2.) Active Topics and Subtopics have hyperlinks; in active Topics and Subtopics are in plain text. Topics are listed in order of the Topic Number but these numbers are not displayed. Template also includes layouts for the Topic Format and the Customer Header Format.
Agenda - Frames
Participant screen is split into two adjustable frames initially of equal width. Simple participant agenda (as Agenda above) displays in the left hand frame. Clicking on an active topic link opens the topic in the right hand frame. When Follow Me is enabled, the active topic displays in the left hand frame and a multimedia panel displays in the right hand frame.
Agenda - Frames with Follow Me (no links)
As with Agenda - Frames but all topics are listed in plain text with no active links. Only useful when Follow Me is enabled.
Agenda - No Entry Topics as Headers
Simple participant agenda (as Agenda above) expect that inactive topics are displayed as sub-headers in the list of agenda topics with no topic mode icon.
Agenda - No Entry Topics with Topic Detail
Simple participant agenda. Active topics are displayed in bold as hyperlinks. No entry topics are displayed with a bold Topic Name and plain text Topic Detail.
Agenda with Conference Print Button
Simple participant agenda (as Agenda above). A printer icon is added to the Agenda header allowing participants to create a quick conference report.
Agenda with Current Topic and Conference Manager
Simple participant agenda (as Agenda above). Toolbar includes links to the Current Topic and to the Conference Manager function. Template also includes layouts for the Conference table and topic table layout of the Conference Manager.
Agenda with New &Total Items, Date & Time of Last Item
Simple participant agenda (as Agenda above) with additional information for each agenda topic of: the number of new and total items; the date and time of the last item added.
Agenda with Participant Voting Status
Simple participant agenda (as Agenda above) with additional information for each voting topics indicating whether or not participant has submitted a ballot. "You have submitted a ballot" in a green font or "You have not submitted a ballot" in a blue font.
Agenda with Topic Detail
Simple participant agenda (as Agenda above) with addition of Topic Description information for each topic.
Agenda with Topic Times
Simple participant agenda (as Agenda above) with addition of Topic start and end time for each topic. If no times are entered in the Topic Editor, the table cell is left blank.
Conference Manager as Main Screen
The participant main screen is a table listing all of the conferences that the participant may access, usually all conferences in their user group(s). Participants click on a conference link to access the full agenda and list of topics for that conference.
Direct Topic Access
Used to bypass the agenda and take a participant directly to specified topic. The Conference ID and Topic ID (and Subtopic ID) are specified in the User Profile screen. The user profile also needs to include a URL setting that specifies where the participant will be taken when they submit a ballot or click on the Finished button. The toolbar includes a Logoff link rather than the usual Return to Main Screen link.
Direct Topic Access - 20 minute timeout reminder
Same as Direct Topic Access above with the addition of a pop-up reminder if the participant has not connected with the server in the last 20 minutes. This is usually used for long surveys; no data is received by the server until the participants saves or submits their ballot. Reminder says "20 minutes have elapsed. Please scroll to the top of the survey screen and click on the SAVE button to save your responses so far." The timeout message is defined in the Custom Header Format section of this template.
