User Profile Editor

The User Profile Editor screen is organized into several sections accessible via quick links at the top of the screen. Click on a link to jump to and expand that section. Click on a section header directly to show or hide that section. Use the Expand All and Collapse All links to quickly show or hide all sections. FacilitatePro will remember which section you choose to expand or collapse when you save settings; these settings will be used the next time you edit a customer voting profile.

User ID
Required
Must be a unique name.
25 alphanumeric characters maximum. No blank spaces or symbols. Not case sensitive unless specified in server settings. Variable field name: XGUserNameX
Password
Optional but advised
20 alphanumeric characters maximum. No blank spaces or symbols. Not case sensitive unless specified in server settings. Server settings may include complex password rules. Password is hidden as typed. Encrypted passwords will always appear the same length.
Alias
Optional
25 unique alphanumeric characters maximum.
Used in conjunction with the Attribute topic setting to identify who has contributed an idea or comment. Identifies sender of broadcast messages.
Shared ID
Optional
Creates a shared ID for this profile.

Level 1, Level 2, Level 3
Optional
Voting Results can be tabulated and printed according to these levels.

Variable field names: XGOrg1X, XGOrg2X, XGOrg3X.
Labels may be changed with server-side settings.
Active Conference
Select the Conference from the pull down that this user will be working in. For new users it will default to the active conference of the facilitator creating the ID. It can be changed by either selecting a different conference from the pull down or by typing in a different Conference # in the field below.
Agenda Template
Select a custom main screen template from the pull-down menu. See Section 27 for creation of custom screen templates. See Section 13 for use of Agenda Templates including split screen participant view.
