Quadrant Options
When tabulating ballots, the results of two columns can be compared, and items can be labeled according to the quadrant into which they fall. For quadrants to work correctly, Item Min and Item Max values must be defined in the basic column settings above and the X and Y axes must be defined in the tabulation options.
Quadrant DescriptorsQuadrant descriptors label each of the quadrants. Checking the Generate a Quadrants Column when tabulating ballots box displays the quadrants column in the voting results table.Using the basic column settings, tabulation options, and quadrant labels pictured in this section, the two columns Urgency and Impact are each rated on a scale of 1 to 3, the Urgency column is designated as the X-axis (horizontal) and the Impact column is designated as the Y-axis (vertical). Therefore, the four quadrants are defined as:
