Tabulation Options


Tabulation Option	Function
Tabulate or Off	Switches the tabulation option on or off. Setting the option to Tab tabulates and saves the voting results in the column for each question or item. The default setting is Tab. Use the default setting for all columns whether or not they are in use.
Avg or Sum	Define how votes are tabulated, either summed or averaged. The default setting is Avg.
Column Weighting	Calculates a weighted average for responses across multiple columns/criteria. Overall_Wtg column on far right must also be set to Tab. Choose WtAvg (weighted average), WtSum (weighted sum) WtMulitply (weighed multiply). Assign weightings to columns using decimal numbers that add up to 1.0.
WtAvg or WtSum or WtMultiply or Sum	Defines how weighted score for each item across multiple columns/criteria will be calculated. The item score for each column/criterion is first multiplied by the column weighting and then either averaged, summed or multiplied according to this setting. When Sum is selected the column/criteria scores will simply be summed with no weighting.
Quad Axis - X/Y	Labels items according to where their scores fall in designated quadrants. Designates one column as the X-axis and another as the Y-axis. Assigns cell low and cell high values for both columns - these values are used to determine the boundaries of each quadrant. Both columns must be set to Use and Tab.
Custom Scale	This allows for custom voting scales to be developed that utilize java script. This capability is provided on a special bid basis.
