Managing Topics Setting / Viewing Options at Topic Level or by Participant

Managing the way participant screens are laid out in the brainstorm and results modes, occurs at four levels. Most often a facilitator will want to control the Topic Settings / Viewing Options at the Topic level, for all participants working in that Topic allowing for quick adjustments. Occasionally it is helpful to have different participants or groups of participants viewing the topic layout differently (one showing attribution and another not, for example). If the topic override setting is disabled, settings are determined at the user profile level (group, shared or individual). If no other settings apply the parameters set in the language profile are used. These options provide maximum flexibility for managing access and screen settings for particular topics, groups and individuals.
