Additional Topic Settings
Setting Function Topic Start Time - 24 hour format (e.g., 15:30 for 3:30 PM) Topic or subtopic label indicating a start time. Used in a custom screen template to show topic times on the participants' agenda screen. Does not enforce start time. Topic End Time Topic or subtopic label indicating an end time. Used in a custom screen template to show topic times on the participants' agenda screen. Does not enforce an end time. Lines of entry detail displayed* Determines the size of the Additional Detail box displayed in the Add an Idea Area. This box is scrollable so actual content is not limited to this number of lines. Display the most recent X days of items* Limits the items displayed in the Electronic Flip Chart to the number entered. Useful when lists get very long and for extended asynchronous data gathering. All data is kept; this setting controls what is displayed. Maximum number of items to display*- use multi-page format for all users Limits the items displayed in the Electronic Flip Chart to the number entered.Use a multi-page format to allow participants to click on page links to view additional items. Chat refresh rate in seconds * Manages the time lapse between updates of the table of ideas/comments in the topic mode Brainstorm - Group Chat. Facilitator may increase the refresh rate but not set it below the minimum server setting (usually 15 seconds). * These items also applicable to chat mode. Action Planning display options: Pull-down menu of choices for the display of action items in the Brainstorm - Action Planning topic mode.Percent Complete - bar displays in red/blue according to % complete/not completeStatus - bar displays color according to status:
