Topic Editor

Access the Topic Editor screen for a particular topic directly from the Facilitator Main Screen. Click on the editing pencil in the active agenda to edit the topic settings. The Conference Editor (Section 21) also provides access to the Topic Editor for individual topics.

Edit Topic Settings from the Facilitator Main Screen

The most common elements to edit are the topic name and topic description as well as adjustments to the topic mode. Links at the top of the screen provide quick access to sections of this screen. Click on a section header to show or hide the details of that section. The topic editor screen provides options to:

· Use the mini-navigation panel (Section 23)

· Edit topic settings / viewing options

· Make a copy of the topic and any included subtopics

· Edit existing subtopics for this topic

· Create a new subtopic for this topic

· Permanently delete the topic and any included subtopics
