Step 3A - Direct Participants to Access Multimedia via Agenda Links - Follow Me Disabled

When Follow Me is disabled, participants can click on an agenda item in the left hand frame of their split screen view and see the active topic details in the right hand frame. Topics using a multimedia URL will display the multimedia show in the right hand frame rather than active brainstorm flip chart or voting screen.
