Step 3B - Direct Participants to Access Multimedia via Agenda Links - Follow Me Enabled

When Follow Me is enabled, the facilitator is in charge of moving participants from one activity to the next. When the facilitator uses Follow Me with a Topic that contains a multimedia URL, the left hand frame of the participants' split screen view will display the active Topic's brainstorm flip chart or voting screen. At the same time the multimedia show will display in the right hand frame. Facilitators can use the Follow Me function to update participants screens in the usual way.
