Creating a User Profile with Access to a Specified Agenda Topic

To direct participants to a specified agenda topic you will need to know the Conference ID and Topic ID - these are displayed on the Facilitator Main Screen and also in the Conference Manager function.

Locating Conference ID and Topic ID

When you create (or edit) a User Profile, select the Agenda Template labeled Direct Topic Access. Specify the Conference and Topic (and Subtopic) #s. Also specify the URL that you would like participant to go to when the click submit or finished - this is typically a Thank You screen; you can use the standard format or specify your own web page.
