Creating a User Profile with Access to a Specified Conference

In the User Profiles function, click on Create a New User. Enter a User ID and Password. Check the Shared ID checkbox if several people will use the same user ID. Confirm that the Active Conference is correct and select an Agenda Template from the pull-down menu list of custom screen templates. (See Section 27 for more details about customizing agenda layouts such as the split screen agenda with frames.) Click on the Add New User button to activate this new User Profile. The new User Profile will appear in the table.

Create a New User
Administrators and Pro facilitators working in multiple user groups should confirm that the Primary Group Number matches the access group for the Conference and Topics that this user profile will access. The system will default to your primary group number.
