Setting up an Introductions Topic - Attaching Photos & Images in Brainstorm Topic Mode

Some agendas may begin with an introductions topic where participants share a brief bio and attach a photograph. This is a valuable pre-work activity for a virtual meeting or webinar. Add an agenda Topic in the usual way. Enter the Topic to view the Brainstorming Screen and click on the Adjust Participants Settings and then Additional Settings allow for file attachments. (Section 8)
