Linking to Documents and External Content on Your Network (including SharePoint)
Include links to documents on your network or the Internet using a simple [[...]] shortcut. To put a link in your Conference or Topic detail field, or in the additional detail of an idea, simply enclose the URL address in double square brackets. This creates an active link to your document labeled "click here." For example:
[[http://www.facilitate.com/support/facilitator-toolkit/docs/designing-interactive-webinars.pdf]] becomes click here.
