Section 8. Facilitating a Meeting - Brainstorming & Editing

Most agenda Topics start out in the Brainstorm mode. This section describes how you, the facilitator, monitor the brainstorming activity and use your facilitator settings to edit items behind the scenes. We use the term "brainstorming" broadly to represent a wide variety of data gathering and idea generation exercises. Within the brainstorming tool there is an Add an Idea area where participants type their ideas and a shared Electronic Flip Chart where they read and comment on each other's ideas.
