Categorizing and Organizing Ideas in the Flip Chart

While the group is busy generating ideas, the facilitator can organize them into Categories behind the scenes. Use Categories to identify and discuss emerging themes or focus areas. The flip charts sorts automatically by Categories when they are in use. (Section 9)

Sorting Flip Chart into Categories

Having worked one brainstorming Topic we return to the main screen to go into the next one. As the facilitator you can direct participants to work in one Topic at a time using the Follow Me function (Section 12) or have them work on several Topics at once - on their own time or in sub-groups.
