To prepare a Multi-Level ASCII Text Report of Survey Data

1. In the voting results screen, click the Print button.

2. In the Printing Options screen, page down to the Multi-Level ASCII Text Formatted Reports section.

3. Enter the desired printing order for your report using one or more sort priorities.

4. Click the Distribution or Column Summary button for the report of your choice.

The system will calculate and display the voting results in the format requested.

For example:

All Records Level 1 = Sales Level 2 = Europe Level 2 = United States Level 2 = Asia Level 1 = Marketing Level 2 = Europe Level 2 = United States Level 2 = Asia Level 1 = Manufacturing Level 2 = Europe Level 2 = United States Level 2 = Asia

Multi-level printing order examples

The first report example (on the left) shows a printing order of Level 1 =1, Level 2 = 2. The second report example (on the right) shows a printing order of Level 1 = 2, Level 2 = 1.
