Creating a logon screen

To create a custom logon screen:

1. Copy an existing logon screen, such as Index.shtml or a survey example from installation CDROM, into the FacilitatePro Web directory. The new file should have a file type of SHTML.

2. Open the new file using a simple text editor or an HTML editor and make desired changes.

3. Load any new images into the FacilitatePro Web Images directory.

4. Access the new logon screen from a Web browser. Test with a valid user ID and password.
