Exporting User IDs

The User Profiles function provides the ability to export a selection of User IDs from the User Profiles function. The Export User IDs button is located below the table of user profiles.

User Profiles - Export User IDs

To export a select of User IDs and associated data

1. Click on User Profiles function in toolbar.

2. Make search and sort selections and click on the Search and Sort button.

3. Check that the table of user profiles is showing the correct selection; repeat search if not.

4. Scroll down below the table of user profiles.

6. Click on the Export User IDs button.

An ASCII Text file will display in the browser window. Save data to file or export to Microsoft Excel. Click the Back button on your browser to return to the User Profiles screen.

Export User IDs	Description
User ID	User ID name. Variable field name XGUserNameX
Number of Hits	Number of hits made to server by this user id since last server restart.
Last Date	Date of last hit to server by this user id.
Last Time	Time of last hit to server by this user id.
Last Date Time	Last date and time in digital format.
Alias	Last recorded alias for this user id.
Primary Group	Primary group number for the user id.
Secondary Groups	Any additional secondary group numbers that this user ids has access to.
Facilitator Groups	Facilitator control groups assigned to this user id.
Administrator	Administrator access - yes or no.
Facilitator	Facilitator access - yes or no.
Power User	Additional access (as participant or facilitator) - yes or no.
e-mail	Email address logged to this user id.
Level 1 ID	Organizational level 1 field for this user id. Variable name XGOrg1X.
Level 2 ID	Organizational level 2 field for this user id. Variable name XGOrg2X.
Level 3 ID	Organizational level 3 field for this user id. Variable name XGOrg3X.
Voting Items Submitted	Number of items for which this user id has registered a vote.
Additional Demographic Info	Custom demographic fields imported with user ids or created through an introductory demographic screen. Up to 255 custom fields. Variable field names: XUser_Demographic001X, ..., XUser_Demographic255X.
