Survey Thank you and Cancel Pages

FacilitatePro provides an option when participants respond to a survey by clicking on the Cancel or Submit buttons. Facilitators designate an alternative main screen URL in the Custom Main Screen Options section of the User Profile that determines the web page a respondent is sent to when completing a survey - it is now possible to sets up a different page for Cancel and Submit survey responses.

If the URL when finished field contains a URL with the string "Submit" in it and the user selects the Submit button they will go to that URL. If the user selects the Cancel button in this scenario the string "submit" would automatically be replaced by "cancel" in the URL and they would go to that updated URL. Both designated web pages need to exist, for example: http://www.FacilitatePro.com/surveySUBMIT.shtml
http://www.FacilitatePro.com/surveyCANCEL.shtml

If the Mains Screen Alternative URL field does not contain the string "Submit," the user will be taken to the URL specified in the field regardless of whether they select submit or cancel.

FacilitatePro uses a short cut of "SurveyURL" to automatically insert the server URL address. For example: http://www.FacilitatePro/surveySUBMIT.shtml would become simply SurveyURL/SurveySUBMIT.shtml.

FacilitatePro comes with SurveySubmit.shtml and SurveyCancel.shtml pages ready loaded in the Web directory.
