Copy a Conference

Click on the link at the top of the Conference Editor screen to jump to and expand the options to make a copy of the entire structure of a conference.

Copy a Conference

Field	Description
New Conference name - must be unique	Enter the name of the new conference. It must be unique.
Copy - Conference & Topic & Subtopic & Category & Items & Ballots	Select how much of the conference content to copy. The system defaults to copying all conference, topic, subtopic and category details. Select the appropriate radio button to also copy flip chart items and voting ballots.
Make a Copy	Click on button to make a copy of the conference. The new conference becomes available to open in the Facilitator Main Screen and is added to the table of conferences in the Conference Manager.
