Step 6 - Troubleshooting

It is common that you will need to make adjustments to your survey once you see it all come together.

· If a question's answer format is not correct you need to adjust the appropriate Custom Voting Profile. Click on Voting Profiles in the facilitator toolbar to edit the voting profile. Return to your survey topic to see your corrections.

· If you notice something wrong with the survey content, that is the text of the categories or the questions, put the Topic mode back to Survey Editor. Enter the topic and make the corrections. You will now need to Prepare to Vote and redistribute the ballots to see you corrections. Remember to delete old ballots and look for the Success! message.
