Step 4 - Build your Survey Flip Chart with Categories, Questions and Assigned Voting Profiles

Enter the survey Topic from the Facilitator Main Screen. First create your categories using the Add/Edit Categories link at the top of the Survey Editor screen. Then enter each question in turn in the Add an Idea area:

· Type the question

· Select a Category

· Select a Secondary Voting Profile (the answer format for this question)

· Enter the question number

· Click the Add My Idea button to add the question to the flip chart below

Check the list of questions in the flip chart to ensure that the sort order and assigned secondary voting profiles are correct.
