Section 14. Facilitating a Meeting - Who is Here Function

It is helpful during a real time meeting or when monitoring asynchronous activity to know who is present in a topic, how active they have been and whether or not they have submitted a voting ballot. Click on the Who is Here link on the Facilitator Main Screen to see Conference activity. Click on the Who is Here link at the top of the Brainstorm or Voting Results Screen to see activity in a particular Topic. Use the search options to narrow or expand your activity record; the default is the past 8 hours.
