Step 4 - Edit the Topic to Generate a Topic Participant ID - Send an Email Invitation

To invite participants to just one Topic you need to generate a Topic Participant ID. Start at the Facilitator Main Screen and click on the editing pencil icon for that Topic. This takes you to the Topic Editor Screen.

From the Topic Editor Screen, click the button to Generate New ID. A Topic Participant ID and Password will display along with an email invitation icon. Invite participants to logon to FacilitatePro with this ID and password to access just this one Topic.
