Step 3: Add Agenda Topics
Click on the Add Agenda Topic button to add Topics to your meeting outline.
Add New Agenda Topics from the Facilitator Main ScreenEnter a Topic Name and Description. The Topic Name appears on the agenda and is often phrased in the form of a question or problem statement. The Topic Description is used to provide further context or instructions for the discussion. The Topic Description displays when participants begin work on a Topic.Include a Topic Number to sort your Topics in a certain order in the agenda.
Create a New Topic ScreenClick the Save New Topic button. The new Topic appears on your agenda.Continue to add new Topics until your agenda is complete.
Completed AgendaBest Practice - Add a Sample Idea to your Flip ChartsAdd a sample idea to each of your Topics. This tests your brainstorming question - and often leads you to clarify it. A sample idea is an opportunity to show your participants the level of detail and specificity that will be most useful for this particular activity.
