Step 2: Create a New Conference

Click on the Create New button to start a new meeting agenda.

Create a New Conference from the Facilitator Main Screen
Enter your Conference Name and Description. The Conference Description appears on the participant's agenda and is a good place to include purpose and objectives and any meeting instructions such as contact information or a teleconference number.

Create a New Conference Screen
Leave the checkbox checked to automatically generate a Conference Participant User ID - your participants will use this ID to logon to your Conference (Section 6).
Click on the Save New Conference button. Your new Conference displays on your Facilitator Main Screen as the Active Conference.
