All general user privileges. Creates conferences and topics. Only has access to own conferences. Manages meeting access by system-generated User IDs with email invitation option. Manage meeting flow with Mini Navigation Panel. Has access to video tutorials and online help.

All Express facilitator privileges. Can adjust Topic Settings/Viewing Options for participants. Can adjust own Facilitator Settings.

Able to create new facilitator IDs within assigned user group(s). Able to enter, edit and delete all conferences within assigned user group(s). Can access additional printing options and ASCII text reports.

Unrestricted access to the FacilitatePro conference center. Creates other administrators and facilitators. Can access all conferences and topics for all groups. Use language profiles to adjust system-wide screen settings.

Manages FacilitatePro server interface including web server settings. Imports and exports data.
