Performance Settings (Default Language Profile Only)

Performance settings allow administrators to make on-line adjustments if performance issues occur. Performance settings are part of the Default language profile. The Default profile settings can only be viewed and changed by an administrator; the Default settings profile cannot be deleted. Do not adjust these settings without consulting the FacilitatePro Technical Support department.


Performance setting	Description
Characters prior to Split	Used to help manage large quantities of data in brainstorm and voting operations with very long comments.
Users displayed per page in User Management	Controls the number of user profiles listed at one time in the user profiles function. Selections with more user profiles than this setting display in multi-page format.
Save data to disk frequency (minutes)	Controls how often the system saves data to disk. If the system shuts down, any data not yet saved to disk will be lost. Recommend between 2 and 5 minutes.
