Button and Name Columns	Used for column in conference & topic tables in Conference Manager.
New and Total Columns	Used for column headers in conference table and topic table.
Facilitator Main Screen	No longer in use.
Categories	Used for category rows in the brainstorming, voting and voting results screens.
First Item	Used for alternate item rows in the electronic flip chart in the brainstorming, voting and voting results screens.
Second Item	Used for alternate item rows in the electronic flip chart in the brainstorming, voting and voting results screens.
Table Border Width	Used in the electronic flip chart in the brainstorming, voting and voting results screens.
Use New and Total Columns color settings	Leave unchecked.
