Brainstorming Conference/Topic Level and HTML Settings

These settings are replaced by Custom Screen Template and Topic Format layouts. When no other templates are in use, they control the formatting of the text of the Conference, Topic and Subtopic headings at the top of the brainstorm screen and the format of the Headline field. Tags must begin and end with valid HTML.
