Brainstorming Jumper Settings

These links are replaced by Custom Screen Template layouts. Default links provide quick jump to brainstorm screen sections. Mini-jumpers appear in the electronic flip chart with links to the topic description, add an idea area and top of the flip chart. They are used when flip charts get very long.
