Export Raw Voting Data Report

This report provides voting results for voting columns 1 through 6. The report includes voting numerical scores from all voters for all questions. The report is organized by question with a row for each respondent with the following columns:

· Item ID - Facilitator defined Item number (Alias ID)

· Special ID - Client control # used only with Custom Import of survey questions from server

· Level 1 - Organization level 1 (Organization) from User Profile

· Level 2 - Organization level 2 (Work group) from User Profile

· Level 3 - Organization level 3 (Reports To) from User Profile

· Voted On - Yes or No

· Abstained - Yes or No

· Voter ID - "Voter 1" or User ID name

· Column1 - Voting score

· Column2 - Default is zero if column is unused

· Column3 - Default is zero if column is unused

· Column4 - Default is zero if column is unused

· Column5 - Default is zero if column is unused

· Column6 - Default is zero if column is unused

· Comments - Voting comments

· Item Description - Text

· Conference - Conference number

· Topic - Topic name

· Category - Category name

· Voting Rules - Voting Profile name

· Sys Minimum - Item Min setting defined when d using one of the basic voting profiles

· Sys Maximum - Item Max setting defined when d using one of the Std. voting profiles

· Sys Total - Column Max setting defined when using one of the basic voting profiles
