Voting Detail by Voter with Comments

This report creates a summary by voter, providing numerical scores for all questions and includes voting comments. It is organized with a column for each question number followed in turn by a column for voting comments associated with that question. The report includes Level 1, 2, and 3 information for each voter and the text of the question. It includes up to 255 custom demographic fields for each respondent at far right of report.
