Copying Custom Voting Pprofiles

Changes made to a custom voting profile immediately affect ballots in all topics using that profile. Copying profiles prevents accidentally changing profiles that other facilitators are using.

To copy a custom voting profile:

1. Click Voting Profiles on the toolbar.

2. In the List of custom voting profiles, click on the name of the profile to copy.

3. Allow the page to fully load; enter the new name of the profile in the Profile name box.

4. Click the Save As Copy button.

The profile changes are saved and take effect immediately.
