Delete a User ID

Pro facilitators manage user IDs in the User Profile function accessed via the facilitator toolbar. Search for the User ID you wish to delete and click on the link to open it. In the User Profile Editor screen scroll down slowly to the bottom of the first section.

Check the box to confirm and click on the Delete User button. There is no "Undo" option.

Administrators have additional options for deleting groups of user IDs in one move. System-generated user IDs created by Express facilitators are deleted when a replacement ID is created or when the Topic or Conference is deleted.
