Participant Split Screen View

The custom screen template Agenda - Frames provides a distinctive split screen participant interface that is especially useful for virtual meetings and webinars. There are two main ways to use the split screen layout:

Agenda on the left - Interactive topic display on the right
Participants move themselves around the agenda, clicking on a topic link in the agenda on the left and instantly accessing the active topic screen (brainstorm, vote, results...) on the right.

With Follow Me: Interactive topic on the left - Multimedia display on the right
Facilitators enable the Follow Me function (Section 12) and use it to send participants to one agenda item at a time. The usual active topic screen (brainstorm, vote, results...) displays on the left. The space on the right is used to display a multimedia presentation such as a web page, PDF or other document, YouTube video, or a Microsoft 2010 PowerPoint Broadcast Slideshow. The media URL address is specified in the Topic Editor (for one agenda item) or Conference Editor (for the whole meeting).
